＞Return and exchange policy

According to CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW, customers hold the right to have 7 days product evaluation period (not for trial).
ATTENETION:
◎If product is damaged, scratched or the package is broken during transportation, please contact us immediately. We will examine whether the damage is resulted from artificial factor and replace or return product with report.
◎Please call customer hotline 0800-076-188 and provide your personal information, the product you purchase and reason if you like to return or exchange.
◎You will be responsible for the shipping cost if you like to return product for personal reason. We accept product return only if the product is returned under new condition with accessories and documents and packed with original packing.
◎The return will not be accepted if the defect is resulted from human error or incomplete product or accessory return.
◎Our return policy is valid only within 7 days after product received. Under no circumstance the return is accepted after 7 days.
